This example is a contemporary reimagining of these earlier Zeigler Sultanabad carpets, finely woven in lustrous wool and with natural vegetable-dyed colours. The muted field works to compliment the brighter colours in the design, in rich tones of ivory and sky blue; an understated palette, which lends the carpet an elegant, modern feel.
