This charming Early 20th-Century Heriz runner features a stamped medallion motif, repeated across the field in cornflower flower and ivory tones, against a muted terracotta ground – a restained palette, well suited to this piece’s well-balanced composition. The central design is framed by a particularly attractive border, which features a wonderfully creative decorative pattern in a wide variety of soft pastel tones.

Retained in very good practical condition for everyday use, still retaining its original borders on all sides.
